Tom DePuy has been a mortgage planner since October of 2005 and with Excel Home Lending since September of 2008.  Tom’s goal is to help his clients determine the correct loan program that meets their needs and provide them with the best possible customer service throughout the entire purchase or refinance process. Tom works closely with his clients and keeps them informed from the beginning to the end. He can help you with Conventional, FHA, VA and Construction loans.   Being a mortgage lender for Excel Home Lending allows Tom access to many lenders which means he can find just the right solution. While obtaining a mortgage to purchase a home or refinance is a more difficult task than it used to be it is not nearly as hard as the media reports on a daily basis.  
 

Tom and his wife Susanne live in Highlands Ranch with their 9 year old son Dylan. He is actively involved with his son’s school helping not only with fundraising events but also as a volunteer teacher for Junior Achievement.  He enjoys camping in the summer and snowboarding with his son in the winter.
